PNC Bank Named Featured Sponsor of Xap Corporation's Free Online SAT, ACT Prep Courses
Culver City, CA – August 31, 2004 – Xap Corp., the leading provider of online admission services, announced today that PNC Bank will become the featured sponsor of Number2.com (www.number2.com), Xap's free test preparation website.
Number2.com is the Internet's only provider of comprehensive, interactive SAT and ACT prep courses that are free of charge to students.
Since Number2.com's launch in September 2000, more than 600,000 students have enrolled in its free online test prep courses.

Number2.com offers SAT and ACT courses that include user-friendly tutorials for each subject area covered by the tests, practice sessions that dynamically adapt to each user's ability level, and a vocabulary builder with over 1,500 words.
This fall Number2.com will launch its revised online course for the new SAT, which will replace the old test beginning in March 2005.

Like other Xap sites that give students the option of receiving information from third parties, the sponsorship agreement allows PNC to provide student loan information to students, but only after they have explicitly indicated that they want to receive offers.
